We hire on skills, passion, attitude, and values. We take pride in building teams that excel and last, so we don’t hire just anyone. 

When you apply for a role with us you can expect the following:

  1.  A quick yarn on the phone
  2. Hui for an interview, in the field when possible
  3. Reference checks
  4. Pre-employment medical, plus a drug and alcohol screen
  5. Psychometric testing (for some roles)
  6. Background checks (i.e. what you’ve posted on social media)
  7. Decision, and hopefully...
  8. Ka pai! A successful candidate offer!
