Hortus is a major player in the viticulture vineyard management industry in Marlborough.  In 2015 we established a Gardens & Landscaping team and have built a reputation for providing reliable solutions to clients.  

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an exceptional people-person to successfully lead and manage our Gardens & Landscaping division. This role involves managing a team of five, client liaison, new business development, quoting, budgeting, overseeing quality and scheduling work.

To be considered, you will have at least five years’ hands-on experience in a building or landscaping role where you have developed your technical skills, attention to detail and quality standards. You will now be in a team leader or manager position and have proven skills in leading and motivating a team along with excellent planning and administration skills.

A full driver’s licence is essential along with the ability to pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol testing.
