We are gearing up for our next growth phase and have a newly created role for an exceptional people leader with a track record in logistics, scheduling and operational planning.

Reporting to the Operations General Manager, the People and Plant Manager will lead and manage our team of machinery operators and inspire a culture of teamwork and high performance.  Being a skilled planner, you will ensure the vineyard machinery and equipment is best utilised to meet the operational needs of the viticulture teams.

Critical to your success is your people and communication skills.  You will be a natural relationship builder and able to work collaboratively across a diverse and growing team.  To be considered for this unique role you will be financially and operationally astute, detailed, IT and systems savvy. You will bring a personal style that is driven to succeed, composed, logical and open to change. Vineyard management experience is desirable but not essential.

A full clean NZ Driver’s Licence is essential, along with the ability to pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol testing.
