Advisory Board Members and Chairperson
Hortus invites applications for Advisory Board Members and Chairperson. The vacancies relate to a two to three-year term commencing on or about 1st April 2019.
Hortus is a major player in the viticulture labour supply and vineyard management industry in Marlborough. Established 10 years ago they have grown to a team of 70 permanent employees and up to 450 seasonal staff. They pride themselves on having a great culture and are committed to making a long-term difference in their local community and in the Pacific Island nations.
The Advisory Board is transitioning into its next phase. We wish to appoint three Advisory Board Members and one Chairperson who can grow with the business, but also offer the support and guidance today to ensure the business continues to focus on its people, culture, service offering and profitability.
The Advisory Board will lead by example, provide advice and direction to the business, divisions and team members and deliver on specific projects.
This opportunity will appeal to senior leaders who are at the top of their game and have specific skills and expertise to help create a robust strategy for growth and business performance.
These are paid positions. Hours will vary per month, but we expect successful applicants to be available for an average of 1 day per month plus specific project work.
